PROCESSING TIME
All items are Ready To Ship unless noted. All Ready To Ship items will be processed for shipping within 1-5 business days, unless notified. Processing time begins when you receive your confirmation email.
Made To Order items will be processed for shipping within 7-10 business days, unless notified. Made To Order item descriptions and pictures are representations of the item but not the actual item. Made To Order items are designed to resemble the description and pictures but each piece will have its own individual characteristics and uniqueness. Colors may vary from photos. These are Handmade Items so therefore one piece may vary from another. Our Hammered Rings and Brass Cuffs are the only Made To Order items we offer and are considered custom orders which can be exchanged one time with prior approval for a different size with the buyer covering all shipping costs.
At this time, Earthraven Handcrafts is not offering any other custom orders.
SHIPPING TIME
All expected shipping times will be in addition to Processing Time. If you need an item expedited, please contact us BEFORE ordering to make sure that we can accommodate your request. Standard shipping is via USPS Ground Advantage with expected delivery in 2–5 business days. 3 Day shipping upgrade is via UPS 3 Day Select. Insurance and tracking are included with all shipping options. Free shipping promotions will be via Standard shipping option unless otherwise noted.
All purchases will be insured to their full value but The Seller will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during delivery. Shipping delays and complications can arise so The Seller can not guarantee the shipping speed/arrival time of any package, including UPS 3 Day Select, as this is not guaranteed by the shipping provider. Consult the shipping provider’s Terms and Conditions for more information on shipping speeds and insurance. If an item is lost or damaged, we will work with The Buyer to come to an agreeable solution to both parties including replacement, if possible, or refund. Please notify us immediately if your package has not arrived within 7 business days from the delivery date listed in your confirmation email.

Please double check your address during checkout prior to payment to ensure a seamless delivery as we cannot edit the shipping address. Orders returned due to inaccurate mailing address information will be the sole responsibility of The Buyer. Reshipping fees will be paid by The Buyer before reshippment occurs.
All packages will be mailed in an unmarked box. We work to source 100% post-consumer recycled material for most of our shipping and packaging needs.
At this time. Earthraven Handcrafts does not ship internationally.
RETURNS
All items EXCEPT EARRINGS are returnable with prior approval.
We strive to ensure the happiness of our customers so please contact us at info@earthravenhandcrafts.com within 7 days of the date of your delivery if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We will do everything we can to fix any problems as customer satisfaction is our top priority! After 7 days of delivery, all sales are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns are assessed on a case by case basis at The Seller's discretion, during initial 7 days after delivery only. The Seller retains the right to decline any & all returns. Returns and exchanges need to be approved. Items returned without prior approval, will not be accepted without prior communication. If a return or exchange is approved, items need to be postmarked within one week of the date of the original delivery. Shipping fees are not refundable and are the responsibility of The Buyer. Returns need to be insured for the full value and mailed USPS with a confirmed signature to ensure a safe arrival. Items returned need to be in new, unworn condition with the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of The Buyer. If approved for refund, items will be refunded to the original source of payment, no exceptions, minus shipping fees.

Before ordering, please notate the metals used and assess whether or not you have had issues with wearing that particular metal. Each person is different and has their own unique pH balance. Refunds based on environmental factors or possible body reactions will not be allowed. One exchange, unless the items are earrings, will be allowed but The Seller is responsible for all shipping costs in addition to all the other contingencies listed herein.

The chains included in most the pendant and necklace listings are given as a convenience factor for ease of use. Most of the chains provided are not made by The Seller so we only offer a small selection as to allow The Buyer the opportunity to personalize to their own style preference and are, therefore, not guaranteed. This does not however apply to the Handmade chains listed. On some of the heavier pendants, the chains provided will only last so long due to the weight of the items. If you happen to receive a broken chain, please reach out and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
GIFTS
All orders are shipped with a receipt so please notate at checkout if the order is a gift. After your order is submitted there may not be enough time to change this but we will try to accommodate changes as much as possible.
JEWELRY CARE
Jewelry should not be worn when swimming or bathing. Store jewelry in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep your jewelry away from chemicals. Be careful using ultrasonic cleaners as each jewelry piece can react differently to cleaning, especially those with gemstones. When in doubt take off your jewelry or have it professionally cleaned!
For Brass, Copper and Silver pieces gently clean tarnish with a polishing cloth or a Pro-Polish Polishing Pad. If there is a patina or aged-looked on the piece then do not over polish or you can alter the design.
For Beaded pieces, keep away from water or intense heat. When not wearing earrings keep hanging or lay flat. Some earring styles may fold in slightly but just gently flatten them with your hands. For bracelets, lay completely flat. Clean your pieces with a dry cloth.
To clean Keum Boo pieces, soak in diluted dish detergent for several minutes and carefully pat dry with a gentle cloth as you can chip or remove the 24K overlay if not careful. Do not put away until completely dry. Never clean Keum Boo items in an ultrasonic cleaner as it will destroy the 24K overlay.
